Piotr Domalewski

Director, scriptwriter, playwright, actor.
He began as an actor in the Teatre Wybrzeże in Gdansk. He had guest appearances in the Capitol Music Theatre in Wroclaw and Teatr Roma in Warsaw. Simultaneously to his acting career, he developed his writing and directing skills. On the set of “Demon”, he acted as Marcin Wrona’s assistant. During his film director studies on the WRiTV school in Katowice, he directed a number of shorts awarded at many festivals. His full length debut as director was ‘Silent Night” which gained wide acclaim at the 42nd Polish Feature Film Festival in Gdynia in 2017 by winning i.a. the ‘Golden Lions’ award. The film was also awarded 10 statues of the ‘Eagles’ Polish Film Awards in 2018.
